A Bird and a Jack-O-Lantern

Thought I would have 3 cards made by now - but - the brain just stopped working, oh wait, it is past 9 pm! Better make this quick and catch some ZZZZZZZZZ's!

First card is a little bird sitting at the door waiting for the other birds to leave for winter, sigh...
This card is made for the following challenges:
365 Cards, Day 185, Shape Up to use a polygon shape.
Off the Wall Craftiness to use black, red and blue
Picture Perfect Creations Color Comboto use SU!cherry cobbler, basic black, Pink pirouette, and baja breeze
The Alphabet Challenge S is for scallops
The Shabby Tearoom to use something old (the black gingham ribbon) and the new (the embossing folder, just rec'd this week from my SU! order)
A Spoonful of Sugar challenged with the sketch I used
A Crafty Little Place is anything goes!
Penny's Challenge is a Happy Birthday Challenge

And this is the inside with the Happy Birthday Greeting!

The next card is my first Halloween card for the upcoming holiday. Not a very good picture (remember, it is past my bed time!)

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
365 Cards, Day 188 to Divide and Conquer Pam asked us to divide the card into 6 separate sections.
Delightful Sketches 2 cute 2 spook, well, the bow certainly make this little pumpkin cute!
The Play Date Cafe is my color inspiration of purple, orange and kraft
The ABC Challenge is C is for Charm
Stampin' B's Challenge is to use a charm also.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great rest-of-the-Holiday-weekend!

Well, I missed being first, but the puppy demanded her walk so I missed when you posted :( Of course, we got sprinkled on while walking so should've just stayed here and waited for you to finish your post! Oh well, she's happy so I guess that's what matters.

Anyways, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE both of your cards...they are very different from each other but both so gorgeous! That new embossing folder looks fabulous on the birdhouse and what a great polygon shape for the 365 Cards challenge (you know I love when you participate in my challenge days!)! And OMG that pumpkin is adorable! Love the double spider web (embossed on the card base and the paper divided up)! BRILLIANT! I hope you play some more tomorrow and we get to see more from you before we have to go back to work on Tuesday!

Love ya, KL and Malie
