Today I get to help kick off the new challenge at the
Debbie Fisher is hosting this challenge:
KIDDING AROUND!
"April 10-16 is Week of the Young Child.
Let’s create a card/project for a young child.
This can be for any occasion: birthday, get well, or just because."
It seems that Debbie knew something about me or has a sixth sense because I have celebrated the Week of the Young Child for many years. My first job in the education field was as a teacher and director at Window Tree Preschool. I attended many Conference on the Young Years presented by Missouri's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Besides my degree in Elementary Education and Elementary Guidance and Counseling, I also have a degree in Early Childhood.
Well, enough about me, on to the card...
I decided that I would make this a girly-girl dinosaur [Dino's aren't just for boys ya' know!] and went with the all pinkish color scheme with lots of fussy cutting, glitz and glamour!
I used a Stand-Up card design.
