Happy Birthday Fishes!

An Under the Sea scene using a technique in which
you cut out sections of the dry embossing.

I matted the whisper white C S with a 'water' patterned paper
to show through the cut-out sections.

Hard to see, but the little tag says "Best Fishes"

Okay, it took me a few days to remember to comment but that doesn't diminish my adoration of this card! Those fishes are adorable (I think I have them too!) and I love how you combined them with the embossing...such a festive under the sea scene! Thanks for playing along again and I can't wait to see what you come up with next!
